Meet the New 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 | Muncy, PA

The new 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 is here, and it’s back with a refreshed look, an updated cab, and a bigger infotainment system. This capable pickup truck still offers powerful engine options and impressive towing capacity, but now there’s more safety tech and improved off-road prowess for the most adventurous families.

The new Silverado 1500 is the first Silverado to come with the trail-rated ZR2 trim, which adds a suspension lift, skid plate, mud tires, and Multimatic™ DSSV dampers. It’s the perfect option for drivers who plan to spend a lot of time off the beaten path.

Other trims include the top-of-the-line High Country, which delivers the most advanced luxury tech, as well as the ultra-affordable WT trim, the sporty RST, and the multiple Trail Boss trims that add the Z71 Off-Road Package. Whether you need a comfortable daily driver, a serious off-roader, or a capable work truck, the Silverado 1500 has something for everyone.

The new Silverado 1500 has most of the same engine options as the outgoing model, with a base Turbo four-cylinder, two V8 options, and a 3.0-lite Duramax® Turbo-Diesel with more towing power. The 2022 Silverado 1500 tows up to 13,300 lbs,[1] and it’s equipped with a wide range of towing and hauling tech. You’ll also find robust infotainment tech that helps you stay connected to your work or family while on the road.
